City Hall Segbroek, with various other features, is located at the corner of Valkenboslaan and Weimarstraat in The Hague. Weimarstraat, a real shopping street from the late 19th century, was in decline due to vacancy. Then it was decided to settle a few large stores in this street, which needs to trigger shopping in this street.

One of these stores is positioned at the entrance of the shopping and combined with a number of other urban functions, such as the district office. The strategy was successful because several shops around the complex became prosperous. The car park is for all these functions, but also of great importance for the Albert Heijn. The total complex is 20 000 m2.
